Our History
Mycarehub is an Australian owned, family run organisation that is passionate about providing quality services and choice to people with a disability. Our Co-founder, Michael, is an NDIS participant himself. Based on his lived experience, Michael understands how important it is to have support workers that provide quality and caring supports. This is his inspiration for establishing an organisation that cares.
Why We Built Mycarehub
The NDIS wasn’t built for “numbers.” It was built for people.
The Problem (The Why)
For too long, the NDIS has felt like a system that forgot who it was built for.
I know that because I’ve lived it.
I’ve been the participant waiting on a no-show.
I’ve stared at invoices that made no sense.
I’ve had that quiet feeling in the back of my mind… that I was just another line item.
Too many providers are busy in public, but not actually listening.
Too focused on rosters, margins, and growth… and not focused enough on the person in front of them.
That’s not what support is supposed to feel like.
The Mission (The Change)
I didn’t just want a better provider. I needed one.
And I knew I couldn’t build it with just anyone.
So I built it with my family.
Not because it sounds nice, but because it creates a level of trust, accountability, and care you simply can’t fake.
Mycarehub isn’t a franchise.
It isn’t run by a boardroom.
It’s run by people who take this personally. Because for us, IT IS personal.
The Difference (The How)
We don’t believe good support starts with a roster.
It starts with the right match.
We focus on what we call the Lifestyle Match, connecting you with support workers who actually fit your personality, your energy, and your goals.
Because if the connection isn’t right, nothing else works.
We’ve also built our systems to remove the friction that makes the NDIS exhausting — clearer communication, simpler processes, and technology that actually helps instead of getting in the way.
The Standard (The Closing)
I’m not just the founder of Mycarehub.
I’m its toughest customer.
If something doesn’t meet my standard, as a participant, and as a family, it doesn’t make it into this business.
Simple as that.

Our Vision
To create a community of support workers and participants that share a common understanding and expectation of great person-centred supports.
Rebecca and Michael, both co-founders of Mycarehub, have a strong passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.
Michael’s own experience living with a disability and Rebecca’s experience working in the industry, highlighted the need for improved support services that prioritise choice, flexibility, and a positive customer experience.
Driven by their personal experiences and commitment to helping others, they came together to create Mycarehub, a community where individuals can connect with caring and professional support workers, have access to safe and reliable supports, and exercise their right to choice and control over the services they receive.
